Some gave all so today I gave some.
Today I donated blood as a thank you to those men and women who protect my freedoms. Throughout history, each and every day men and women put on a uniform, fight and often give the ultimate sacrifice to protect the freedoms we often take for granted. We must express our gratitude to these valiant soldiers and their families not just on days like today, Veterans Day, but every day. Freedom is not free. Someone always pays a price. Let us never forget and always be grateful….🇺🇸

You are absolutely right. Prayers of thanks for every man and woman who have served and are now serving. Prayers of petition that God wraps His arms around them and takes care of them.
